Simplified, I'll use 3,500 RPM for the baseline. 3500 x 3.08 / 4.10 = 2629 RPM. Using an M22Z with a 3.08:1 is like having an OD with a 4.10:1 AND you still have the takeoff feel of an M22 and a 4.10:1 combination.
